MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS?

If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us with photo evidence and we will arrange to resend or refund the item! Items are eligible for replacement and refund up to ONE week upon delivery of item(s).

Past that, we are no longer held accountable for any damage done to the item(s) and no returns or exchanges will be allowed.

LOST PACKAGES:

Please be aware that items may be subject to custom checks and postal delays! Packages for domestic customers are not considered lost until 21 days have past. Packages for international customers are not considered lost until 41 days have past.

once your tracking claims it is delivered, we can not do anything because it will be out of our control!

 


 

RETURN POLICY

We are currently only offering EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT.

If you would like to exchange an item, you must notify LASHED WITH JESS within seven (7) days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it.

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be refunded for the items authorized for return.

Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. A returns label for your local returns center will be included in your parcel.

Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and for any refunds to be issued.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
